Oli founded Clicky in 2007 from a kitchen table in the North of England, and has run it personally for every year since. Now in the company's 20th year, he's still the founder, still on the tools, and still the name on every consequential call across the group.
The original brief was simple: build digital work that performs, for clients you'd want to keep working with for a decade. Twenty years and three operating companies later, the brief hasn't changed. What's changed is the surface area — Clicky Media for marketing and engineering, Amplify Ads for performance media, Sprint Studio (in formation) for AI-native product — all running off a single operating spine that Oli still owns the shape of.
He spends his weeks where the work is: engineering reviews, founder calls, hiring loops, the kind of trade-off conversations that don't make it into a board pack. No fund-appointed CEO. No growth-at-any-cost mandate. No second-line decision-makers in another city. Just the founder, the companies, and the next one being shaped.
Oli runs the group, but he doesn't run it alone. The leadership team owns the operational craft alongside him — commercial, operations, finance, and the systems that keep every studio running.

Commercial Director
Owns commercial strategy across the group — pricing, scoping, escalation. The phone-call when something needs an executive ear, and the brain on every consequential pitch.

Agency Systems Manager
Runs the systems the agency runs on — analytics, dashboards, the data layer underneath every retainer. GA4, Looker, and the operating instrumentation that the rest of the group plugs into.
Head of Finance
Heads finance across the group — books, payroll, capital allocation, the spreadsheet that keeps every studio honest about how its work actually pays back.
